Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of booking a consultation, provided the session hasn't occurred. After this period, or once a session has taken place, refunds are typically not granted except under extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable: Completed consulting sessions, delivered strategy documents, customized research reports, and administrative fees associated with booking cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
How to Request
To initiate a refund request, please email hello@visionlife.com with your booking reference number and a brief explanation of your request. Verbal requests or social media messages are not considered official applications for a refund.
Processing Times
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing speed.
